Who We Are

The Judicial Branch is the non-political arm of the Associated Students of New Mexico State University, charged with interpreting the ASNMSU Constitution and Law Book. Led by the Chief Justice, the branch ensures that the student government operates within its legal framework.

Our duties include hearing cases regarding election disputes and parking ticket appeals, interpreting bylaws, as well as serving as the final authority on constitutional matters to maintain a just and balanced student government.
